Single Ply Membrane Roofing. One of the most popular commercial roofing systems, single ply roofing is comprised of flexible sheets of synthetic polymer that can be divided into two main groups: thermoplastics and synthetic rubber. Single ply roofing membranes offer exceptional flexibility and cost-effectiveness thanks to their ease of installation.

Modified Bitumen. Membrane roofing systems such as modified bitumen roofing substrates are effective roofing solutions for commercial properties. Modified Bitumen is a type of low-slope roofing, which utilizes modified asphalt reinforced by fiberglass materials to provide exceptional durability, weatherproofing, and versatility. Our team is experienced in fulfilling commercial roof replacement projects with modified bitumen systems.

4-Ply Roofing. A 4-ply roofing system is made up of roofing felts reinforced by layers of fiberglass or polyester felts. With 4-ply roofing, each ply is embedded in a full bed of hot asphalt/bitumen. A 4-ply asphalt and gravel roof system consists of piles of felt embedded in asphalt and a flood coat.

Metal Roofing. Metal roofing systems are among the most popular solutions for commercial properties. Available in a wide variety of styles, colors, and finishes, metal roofing provides commercial buildings with outstanding protection from the elements. Often made with durable, versatile, and cost-effective zinc, copper, and steel alloy materials, metal roofing systems can last decades, with an estimated life span of anywhere from 40 to 70 years!

					This crew came at the dark of morning and left at night.

We have 10 roofs on this one house. Consisting of two Dorms, 

2  Bow window bump outs. Front porch. Side overhang and rear overhang, the regular roof with an addition roof, Plus a flat sun porch roof.  So it took them 5 days to do.

They cleaned up the place perfectly afterwards.

The work is excellent, We are very satisfied with them.

We called on them again to do our second and third houses.

They work hard, do great at it, and love what they do.

We highly recommend this company.
